Preliminary BOD meeting

Preliminary BOD meeting was conducted in the august presence of MCC, Past Presidents, ZC &Leo Chairperson along with the BOD members to discuss on the club activities for the year, membership fees, budgets and planning for upcoming installation ceremony. Meeting concluded with clearly defining the roles and responsibilities of the various committees throughout the year. Deliberations of strengthening the club strenght and how to increase engagement further between general members were done.
