BOD_Vibrant Action Planning Meeting

Following the CQI & Orientation Session, a Board of Directors Meeting was held to discuss and plan the Club’s upcoming Fundraising Events. 📅 Date: 4th September 2026 ⏰ Time: 12:15 PM onwards 📍 Venue: Rohit Mehta Lions Medical Hub, Shri Parshwa Eminent, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad 25+ members actively participated in the meeting and shared their ideas, suggestions and inputs for planning the upcoming fundraising initiatives. The meeting focused on event planning, fundraising strategy, member involvement, responsibilities and execution to ensure successful and impactful Club activities.
