Meeting Proceedings: 1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 09:15 PM by Lion Sandeep Sharma, President. 2. Welcome Address by President: Lion Sandeep Sharma has welcomed all the board members, new board members and past president. 3. Secretary’s Report: Lion Dilsukh Banthia, Secretary has informed about service activity / events done by club in the period from Feb’25 to June’25 till date, which are as below: Service Activites: Ration Kit Distribution Food at Jeevandhara Vrudhashram Water Cooler Installation Food at Karmyog Foundation Mega Food Distribution Drive with LCIF Fellowship Activities: Cyclothon Movie Show Go Karting Vibrant Premier Box Cricket Leage 2025 Charter Day Celebration Other Activities: Fifth Board Meeting; Held on 27th February at Hotel Exarro Inn Meet & Greet with Lion J. Frank Moore III, PID: 2nd Annual District Conference Official Visit of the District Governor 8th Annual Multiple Convention 4. Treasurer’s Report: Lion Mayank Jain, Treasurer has informed about inflow and outflow of fund during the period from 27th Feb,2025 to 12th June,2025 5. Discussion about Incoming & Thanks Giving Program: President Lion Sandeep Sharma has informed about upcoming programs for the club: a) Dada-Dani Yatra to Shri Jirawala Parshwanath Jain Tirth b) Picnic and Thanks Giving Program at Resort 6. Nomination Committee Reports: Past President and Nomination Committee Chairman, Lion Ashish Jain has informed about team for upcoming Lionism Year 2025-2026. Acceptance Speech by Upcoming President: Lion Mukesh Chopra has accepted the president position for upcoming Lionism Year 2025- 2026 and addressed all the past president and board members about his vision and mission. He assured to start permanent service activity in the banner of our club. 8. Planning for Upcoming Year: Lion Mukesh Chopra, President (Desg.) has informed about Service activity and fellowship activity for family, couple, ladies and kids to be done in upcoming Lionism year 2025-2026. 9. Formation of Committee: Lion Pankaj Jain, Secretary (Desg.) has suggested to form committees for execution of activities through separate committees. During discussion, list of Committees to be formed are as below: • Service Activity Committee • District Program Committee • Entertainment Committee • Kids Committee • Ladies Group Committee • Leadership Committee • Food Arrangement Committee • BOD Committee • Fund Raising Committee • Supervision/Member’s Follow Up Committee • Sports Activity Committee • Learning Expedition Committee He suggested to have min 2 members from BOD and min 2 members from General Member for active involvement of all members. 10. Fees structure for the Upcoming Year 2025-2026 Lion Suraj Jain, Treasurer (Desg.) has confirmed to keep membership fees to Rs. 15,000/- p.a. during discussion with BOD, additional Rs.1000/- for new members and Rs. 3000/- for BOD members. 11. Members Retention & New Members: Lion Ashish Ganna, Past President has requested to retain all the old members and asked for addition of new members to strengthen the club. 12. BOD Involvement: Lion Kamal Jain, Past President has guided the role of BOD members in each meeting. 13. Upcoming District & Multiple Events: Lion Frenny Shah, Past President has informed about the upcoming programs of district. Few of them are Cabinet Meeting, District Award Night, District Installation etc. 14. Remarks of Multiple Council Chairperson: Multiple Council Chairperson Lion Sunil Gugaliya and all the past presidents presents in the meeting has given their blessing for upcoming year. 15. Discussion over open forum: Board Members during the open forum have taken part actively. 16. Vote of Thanks: Lion Pankaj Jain, Secretary (Desg.) has given vote of thanks to all the members present in the meeting. This Board of Directors meeting was thoughtfully planned, coordinated, and graciously hosted by the incoming leadership team as the first official meeting of their tenure.
