The President of Lions Club of Ahmedabad Metro City, Ilaxi Ben, conducted an awareness session this morning for women in the Navrangpura area on menopause and its various symptoms, difficulties, and health-related issues. The session focused on the physical and mental changes that women experience during menopause and provided guidance on how these problems can be managed through yoga asanas and pranayama. More than 278 women participated in and benefited from this awareness camp.
