*🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 *Mental *Health & Well-Being* *Activities* *Report* *Lions Club* *of* *Digvijaynagar* *President* : *Lion* *Dr* . *Vipul Chavda* Under the Mental Health and Well-Being initiative announced by our *District* *Governor* *Lion* *Hirenbhai* , the Lions Club of Digvijaynagar, led by Lion Dr. Vipul Chavda,under guidance of Nandiniben Raval actively organized and participated in multiple impactful activities aimed at promoting emotional wellness, stress management, and positive mental health within diverse sections of society. Activities Conducted: 🕊️ Jivandhara Vruddhashram: Conducted an interactive session on emotional well-being, companionship, and positivity for elderly residents to enhance their mental health and social connection. 👵 Senior Citizens Council, Maninagar: Organized a motivational talk on “Healthy Mind in Healthy Body” focusing on mindfulness, routine, and happiness in later years. 🏥 RIMS Hospital – Club General Meeting: Mental health awareness and stress-relief discussions were integrated into the general meeting for members and healthcare staff, emphasizing the importance of self-care in service. 🌈 Vibes Group – Vishva Umiya Foundation: Conducted a group session on work-life balance, emotional resilience, and positive mindset for women participants, highlighting the importance of inner peace and mutual support. 💠 Rudraksha Hospital: Organized an awareness activity on mental wellness among healthcare workers, addressing burnout and promoting empathy-driven communication. 💫 RIMS Hospital, Ghodasar: Hosted an open session for patients and relatives on mental strength during illness, focusing on hope, motivation, and emotional coping strategies. Through these six meaningful initiatives, Lion Dr. Vipul Chavda and the Lions Club of Digvijaynagar demonstrated their commitment to building a healthier, happier, and mentally stronger community — aligning perfectly with the District’s vision of holistic well-being.
