College Students and Staff Yoga

This morning, Lions Club of Ahmedabad Metro City President Smt. Ilaxi Chauhan conducted a Yoga and Pranayama session at Arts & Commerce College, Wadaj, Ahmedabad. More than 178 beneficiaries, including the Principal, students, and staff members, participated in the session. Guidance was also provided on adopting a healthy lifestyle, leading a stress-free life, and making appropriate food choices in daily life.
