A healthy morning leads to a healthy mind and a healthy future! 🌞 Lions Gandhinagar Metro Royal organised a special Morning Yoga & Exercise Session for the students of Tapasya School, encouraging children to embrace fitness, mindfulness and healthy living from an early age.
