Club installation preparation

In preparation for the Installation Ceremony of the Lions Club of Ahmedabad Metro City, scheduled to be held on 5th August 2025, arrangements were made at Maruti Nandan Banquet Hall, Tapovan Circle, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad. The preparations included stage decoration, sound system setup, seating arrangements, and food arrangements. All the arrangements were carefully supervised, with close attention to every detail to ensure that the program was organized smoothly and successfully.
