On Wednesday, 16 September 2026, at 7:15 p.m., one of the clubs from the Metro family, Lions Club of Gandhinagar Aadhyashakti, extended its support to the service initiative organized for pilgrims travelling on foot to Ambaji. The District Governor, Lion L. K. Vaghela, visited the service and medical camp, which had commenced the previous day for the benefit of the pilgrims. He also performed the Aarti of Ambaji Mata. Honourable MLA Smt. Reetaben Patel, Ketanbhai Patel, Lion Bhagwanbhai, and Lion Kanubhai also participated in the Aarti. The organizers of the “Jai Ambe Seva Camp,” Mukeshbhai Patel and Binaben Patel, briefed everyone about the various facilities and services being provided at the camp. The camp will continue for three more days to provide assistance and support to the pilgrims.
