First Zone Advisory Meeting

District Governor’s First Zone Advisory Meeting – Zone 3* Lions International – District 3232 B3 Zone 3 | 13th August 2026 I Rohit Mehta Lions Hub The District Governor’s *First Zone Advisory Meeting* of Zone 3 was *successfully conducted*on 13th August evening with an *excellent response* and *100% participation* from both *Zone-3 Clubs* — Lions Club of Ahmedabad Vibrant and Lions Club of Ahmedabad Vibrant Femina. All agenda points and other important matters were discussed *systematically and interactively,* with *valuable inputs from the District Leadership and Cabinet Officers* . The meeting was highly productive and meaningful.Our club was specially appreciated for* their discipline and excellent administration, particularly for: • *Timely payment of District and International dues* • *Timely reporting of all club activities and service projects* • *Active participation* and commitment towards the Lions mission Dignitaries like PMCC & PDG Lion Sunil Ji Gugaliya, 1st VDG Lion Bharat Sheth, 2nd VDG Lion Atul Joshi, CS Lion Piyush Shah, CT Lion Nitesh Chawat, DC Administration Lion Mamtaben, GMT Lion Hemendra Shah, GST Lion Rajesh Soni, and Cabinet Officers - Lion Nimesh Majumdar, Lion Kamal Jain, Lion Frenny Shah and Lion Kapil Pokharana gave their presence and valuable time. *Special thanks* to DC Invitee Lion Rakhi Jain, Lion Sweta Birla and Zone-5 ZC Lion Viren Shah for their gracious presence and participation. The *successful completion of this meeting with 100% participation, active engagement, meaningful discussions and timely execution* has set a *strong and positive foundation for Zone 3,* with a shared commitment towards better coordination, stronger leadership, impactful service and continued growth.
