The "Sawan - Queen's Day Out" event, organized by the Lions Club of Ahmedabad Vibrant on September 2, 2025, served as a powerful testament to "Ladies Empowerment with Leadership." This event was a unique initiative, as it was conceptualized, planned, and executed entirely by the ladies of our club. From initial coordination to final execution, the female members took full charge, demonstrating remarkable leadership and organizational skills. This self-managed event provided a practical platform for them to showcase their abilities, make decisions, and lead a successful project from start to finish. This hands-on experience in leadership is invaluable, fostering confidence and a sense of ownership among the participants. The success of the day highlights the immense potential and capability of the ladies in our club to lead and manage activities of this scale. Their collective effort and leadership were instrumental in making the event a truly memorable one. It was extra special to have the wives of our past presidents join us, along with Mitali Chopra, wife of our dear President Shri Mukesh Chopra. We express our sincere gratitude to Project In-charge Lion Neha Gandhi and Lion Monika Jain for their exceptional leadership in spearheading this initiative.
