An Online Board of Directors Meeting was conducted on 31 August 2026 at 9:30 PM via Zoom, with 30+ members actively participating. The meeting was chaired by President Lion CA Dilsukh G. Banthia, who guided and monitored the discussions. The Secretary presented a report covering the activities and achievements of the previous two months, followed by discussions on the progress and member participation. The Board also initiated planning for upcoming service, fellowship and club activities, with focus on clear responsibilities and effective execution.
