Thalassemia Camp

On Thursday, 20 August 2026, from 9:00 a.m. onwards, a Thalassemia Screening Camp was organised at Samarpan College, Gandhinagar, through the initiative of the Lions Club of Gandhinagar Metro Global. The members of the club remained present and actively supported the initiative. During the camp, the medical team conducted Thalassemia screening and check-ups for more than 270 students. The initiative was aimed at creating awareness about Thalassemia and promoting the importance of timely screening among young students.
